Katelyn - Billing Coordinator

Meet Katelyn, our rock star Billing Coordinator! Katelyn plays an essential role behind the scenes, ensuring that all the "numbers" add up and that the billing process runs smoothly for our patients. Her keen attention to detail and organizational skills make her an invaluable asset to our team, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, friends, and family. One of her favorite ways to start each day is by going for walks with her energetic German Shepherd puppy, Sadie. Whether it’s a peaceful walk in the morning or time spent with loved ones, Katelyn finds joy in the little moments.

Katelyn truly believes in the mission and vision of our practice, and she’s always excited to help our patients in any way she can. She can’t wait to meet you and be part of your dental care journey!

Katie - Patient Coordinator

Katie is our patient coordinator! She is a dedicated professional who is new to the dental field, bringing a passion for helping others and working closely with people. She finds joy in making a positive impact on her patients' lives, whether through care, support, or simply making their dental experience a little easier.

Outside of her work, she is an avid gardener, enjoying the process of planting, and harvesting her own fruits and vegetables. She also loves reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her family. Katie is married to her supportive husband, and together they have three energetic boys who keep their home full of life. Katie is excited about her journey in the dental field and looks forward to meeting you!

     Liz - Dental Assistant

Meet Liz, our experienced and energetic dental assistant who’s been with us for over 20 years! Originally from Sheboygan, Liz has called Hortonville home for the past 14 years. With her extensive background in dental assisting, you can rest assured that you’re in great hands when you visit for your treatment. Liz has a true passion for ensuring that every patient has a fantastic experience, and she loves educating them on their oral health so they feel empowered and informed.

When she's not assisting patients, Liz loves spending time outdoors with her family, whether it’s camping, hiking, or exploring new places. You’ll often find her walking her dog, Remy, or enjoying time with friends and family—both of which are at the top of her list of favorite activities!



Liz’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and she brings so much fun and positivity to our office. We can't wait for you to see her in action and experience the care she provides!

Stephanie - Dental Assistant

Stephanie is one of our fantastic dental assistants here at Otter Creek Dental, bringing passion and enthusiasm to everything she does. From a very young age, Stephanie was fascinated by the dental field, and three years ago, she turned that passion into a career as a dental assistant. She loves her role so much that she’s continuing her education and is currently enrolled in dental hygiene school, eager to further her career in the dental field.

Stephanie’s dedication to her patients is evident in the care and attention she provides, ensuring each person feels comfortable and well taken care of during their visit. Her positive energy and can-do attitude make her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Stephanie is all about enjoying the great outdoors. Depending on the season, you might find her hunting, fishing, waterskiing, or downhill skiing. Growing up on a lake in Wisconsin, she developed a deep love for the outdoors and appreciates the natural beauty of her home state.

Samantha- Dental Assistant

Sam is a dedicated dental assistant who brings a positive and caring energy to her work, helping patients feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visits. Outside of the office, Sam leads an active lifestyle that reflects her love for the outdoors and her close-knit family. Growing up in the country, she developed a passion for horseback riding and spending time in nature. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, camping, or boating with her husband, Brad, Sam loves embracing the beauty of the great outdoors. If the weather doesn’t cooperate for outdoor adventures, Sam enjoys attending concerts and live comedy shows with Brad, making the most of her downtime by enjoying good music and a few laughs.

Her love for animals, adventure, and spending quality time with loved ones makes her a vibrant and well-rounded individual, bringing warmth and energy to both her personal and professional life. She is looking forward to making your next visit as comfortable, and light-hearted, as possible!

Megan - Dental Assistant

With a strong background in the healthcare field, Megan is a compassionate dental assistant who is committed to helping patients feel at ease during their visits. She takes pride in not only providing excellent care but also building meaningful connections with each patient, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood in the dental chair.

Outside of the office, Megan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves getting away to the north in the summertime, where she can unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Megan is especially fond of kayaking and paddle boarding, often found on the picturesque Chain O' Lakes, where she enjoys the peaceful waters and scenic views.

Her drive to make others feel comfortable, combined with her love for the outdoors and her close bonds with loved ones, makes Megan a vibrant and caring individual, both professionally and personally!

Tara - Dental Hygienist Lead

Tara's passion for dentistry began at a young age, earning her the "Best Brusher" award while sporting braces and even taking charge by bossing her brothers into brushing their teeth! That early enthusiasm for oral health has now translated into a fulfilling career as a dental hygienist, where Tara’s goal is to educate and empower her patients to take control of their oral health. With over a decade of experience in the field, Tara strives to build strong connections with her patients, helping them feel both comfortable and confident during their visits.

As our Lead Hygienist, Tara is dedicated to providing exceptional care while making every patient feel at ease. She takes pride in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all, ensuring each visit is a pleasant and informative experience.



Outside of the office, Tara stays active with her husband, their daughter Veda, and their golden retriever, Wynnston. She loves traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family up north on the lake. Whether it's boating, waterskiing, or just relaxing by the water, Tara enjoys soaking up everything the north woods has to offer.

Tara is excited to welcome you to the office and help change the way you feel about visiting the dentist!

Kim has been sharing her passionate commitment to patient oral health for over 30 years as a dental hygienist, 19 of which have been at our specific office. Kim exudes positivity and a sense of humor that keeps patients calm and comfortable while receiving treatment. She is a team player and sincerely enjoys getting to know patients and building lasting relationships with them.

Kim has been married for 33 years and has two adult sons. She is also an Air Force Veteran where she served for 10 years. In addition to working at Otter Creek, Kim also works part-time at the YMCA in Greenville, which has been a passion of hers for over 10 years. In her free time, Kim enjoys gardening, spending time with family, kayaking, traveling, and being outdoors. Kim looks forward to making you laugh so come on in and see her!

Whitney - Dental Hygienist

Whitney's journey in dentistry began as a dental assistant, and her passion for patient care led her to pursue her degree in Dental Hygiene from Fox Valley Technical College. With a focus on building relationships based on trust and comfort, Whitney’s goal is to advocate for her patients by educating them about their specific oral health needs and how their oral cavity can impact their overall well-being. She takes great pride in making sure each patient feels heard, informed, and confident in their dental care.

Whitney and her husband live in Neenah with their energetic husky, Maya, and their two playful cats, Jordy and Bobbi. Currently, they’re busy renovating and updating their home, tackling fun projects together along the way. In her free time, Whitney enjoys getting outdoors to hike and camp in the Northwoods, staying active with yoga, and spending quality time with her loved ones.



She and her husband are also adjusting to life as new parents after welcoming their baby boy, Louie, in May! Whitney is excited to connect with her patients, continue learning, and share her passion for oral health while enjoying this exciting new chapter in her life.

Sara, originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, moved to Wisconsin to pursue her career in dental hygiene. She has been working in the dental field for several years and holds both a Dental Assisting and a Dental Hygiene degree from Fox Valley Technical College.

Sara has had a passion for dentistry from a young age, inspired by the positive experiences she had growing up with great dental care. She loves building meaningful relationships with her patients by providing education and making sure every visit is a positive one. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or helping patients understand their oral health, Sara is dedicated to making each experience both informative and comfortable.



Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing games, kayaking, and hitting the basketball court. She’s also always up for an outdoor adventure or a fun challenge. Sara can’t wait to meet you at your next visit and help you achieve your healthiest smile!

Rachel - Dental Hygienist

Rachel is one of our incredible dental hygienists! She graduated from Fox Valley Technical College’s dental hygiene program in 2024, but she is not new to dentistry! Before going through dental hygiene school, she went through FVTC’s dental assisting program, and has been an assistant for over 3 years. Rachel loves all aspects of dentistry, and strives to help patients gain knowledge on their oral health and how to improve it!

When not improving the oral hygiene of our patients, Rachel loves to spend time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Spencer, love to host parties with their loved ones, always trying out new drinks and recipes! They also love to go to antique stores and build their vinyl record collection. Rachel cannot wait to meet you!

Kathy has been passionate about dentistry since the summer before her senior year of high school, when she first entered the field. She graduated in 2004 from NWTC with her Dental Hygiene Associates degree and has been dedicated to providing excellent care ever since. Kathy prides herself on delivering quality, individualized care and takes the time to get to know each of her patients on a personal level, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed during every visit.

Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, including their adorable Bernedoodle, Bolt. She loves staying active by jogging, nurturing her garden, and traveling to new places, always seeking fresh experiences and adventures.

Kathy is excited to meet you and share her passion for dental hygiene. She looks forward to connecting with you and helping you achieve your best smile!

Monica is newer to the dental field, where she has started as our sterilization technician! She keeps the back office team running smoothly by sterilizing all of our instruments, helps clean and set up rooms, assists the hygiene team with taking photos and x-rays, and always makes sure everything in the back office is clean and tidy.

Outside of the office, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, watching her favorite tv shows such as Friends, and loves upping her shoe game!  She always has the best shoes in the office - you should check them out! Monica can't wait to meet you and introduce you to the Otter Creek Dental way!
